A written notification must be received no later than 72 hours after signing the Original Pan American Moving & Storage INC. agreement during booking. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of signing the agreement with Pan American Moving & Storage INC. will receive a full refund minus 15% due to incurred merchant fees. If your first available pickup date is within seven (7) business days of the electronically signed Pan American Moving & Storage INC. agreement and you request to cancel, your deposit is not refundable.
